The activation status of a folder is not correctly shown in the source list when all fonts in the contained set are activated. This only occurs when the setting "Show status when activating/deactivating fonts" is disabled
Support is slow/unresponsive to problems we've submitted to tech support. The last problem was a failure to load the FontExplorer X plug-in for Adobe InDesign, so the product is inop at the moment. Problem reported, and 3 1/2 days later ... no response. And I sent them a second request--no response as of yet.
Most importantly (to me anyway), FEX’s Auto-Activation in Adobe Creative Suite applications works perfectly!
In new and existing Smart Sets it was not possible to enter/edit text in the text field of the first filter
Now, this is a feature you’d love: you don’t have to preview fonts with some random phrase or word. Using Typeface 2, you can input the word/phrase that you want to preview. This works best if you want to find a great for branding or logos.
